OPEN CALL FOR THE SUBMISSION OF

DOSSIER PROPOSALS

No. 21 - HISTORY

Nr. 22 - LITERATURE

The call for dossier proposals (Studies section) for the thematic issues of 2027 is now open.

The proposal must contain:

- Title of the dossier

- Abstract of the proposal (300-500 words), clearly and concisely describing the subject matter, its relevance and originality, the objectives of the dossier and its main lines of work.

- Key words

- Curriculum vitae of the responsible person(s) (maximum two coordinators)

Preference will be given to proposals coordinated by researchers from different institutions or universities from different countries.

Proposals may be submitted in Spanish or English.

If accepted, the responsible persons will assume the role of associate editors, and a call for contributions will be opened.

Humanidades: revista de la Universidad de Montevideo is an open-access, peer-reviewed, indexed scientific journal. It publishes articles on Philosophy, History, Literature and Art and accepts scientific contributions from specialists from various national and foreign centres. It is published as a continuous publication every six months (January-June and July-December). The journal is indexed in: Biblat, CLASE, ERIHPLUS, Dialnet, DOAJ, EBSCO-Academic Search Ultimate, Latindex, Redalyc, Scielo, Scopus, among others.
